Saturday Night Genealogy Fun: What Genea-Musings Posts Do You Like?

Since it’s Randy Seaver’s 17th blogiversary, we are helping him celebrate on Saturday Night Genealogy Fun this weekend.

Here’s our blogiversary-themed challenge:

1) Let’s do something different today.  Since it’s my 17th blogiversary today, please tell me which posts you especially like on Genea-Musings.  Are there any posts that you don’t care for?

I’ll begin with the second item first – there aren’t any posts that Randy does that I don’t like.

As for my favorites, which aren’t in any particular order:

1. I really enjoy Randy’s “how-to” posts, especially the series he did years ago on creating source citations in RootsMagic 7. I still have those printed out.
2. The carefully constructed family sketches are interesting and of benefit to many descendants. It’s how I learned we are distant New England cousins.
3. I always enjoy the “Best of” posts because I learn about new-to-me bloggers.
4. I look forward to the Education and News Bytes and often find events that I haven’t previously known about.

Oh! I can’t forget Saturday Night Genealogy Fun, which I look forward to every weekend!

That’s it! Congratulations, Randy, on 17 years and I wish you many more fun years of blogging.
