My 2X great grandfather, Charles Stewart, lived through the most presidential administrations at 20.
I have at least four other 3X great grandparents who were alive during George Washington’s presidency, but John Stewart is the only one who was living in the United States at the time. The other ancestors were either in Canada or today’s Slovakia.
