It has been seventeen years since that day. If you have family members who are too young to remember, here are some resources to teach them what happened.

The 9/11 Memorial & Museum is in New York. – There are website links to search for names of those killed. The TEACH & LEARN tab includes lesson plans. A virtual tour can be taken if you aren’t able to visit the Memorial & Museum in person.

There are also a number of video clips, but you might want to preview them yourselves if being used to teach children. You’ll need to search for those on your own.
