Harry Glenn Stufflebean was the third child, but first son, of John Henry Stufflebean and his second wife Addie Belcher Stufflebean.

Glenn, as he was known, was born on 10 August 1911 in Noble, Cleveland, Oklahoma.

Glenn married Jessie Greenway on 21 September 1934, probably in Noble. She was born in 1914 and died in 2001 in Oklahoma.
